Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling basic administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
 Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract talent.
 Screen calls and take messages.
 Organize files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
 Inform employees of visitors before allowing them access to the office.
 Direct visitors to the correct office.
 Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
 Effectively answer and direct phone calls to the correct department.
 Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
 Ensure the reception area and all common areas are clean and tidy at all times.
 Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors and of calls received.
 Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
 Maintain the general office filing system.
 Perform other administrative duties as required to support the mission and function of the company.
 Other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
 Must have at least a year experience as a Receptionist.
 Ability to take initiative and work with little or no supervision
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Must be detail-oriented.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Salary:
₦100,000.00 Monthly
