Job Description

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and versatile Personal Assistant who can also handle Social Media Management tasks. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Manager while also managing and growing the company’s social media presence. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and able to multitask effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Creative, with an eye for detail and design.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
Background in digital marketing or public relations is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
