Salary: N200,000-250,000 Monthly.
Job Description
We're hiring a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our Modern Distribution division.
This role entails managing a sales team, driving growth through modern retail channels, and ensuring effective sales strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities:
Guiding and motivating the sales team
Communicate Targets to the field staff
Implementing sales strategies to enhance sales
Coordinate the training activities of the sales staff
Oversee sales activities
Ensure product availability and effective merchandizing
Make sure that the products are priced correctly
Compiling sales reports
Managing and developing sales teams to maximize performance
Creating and managing performance goals and objectives
Ensuring that customer service standards are met and exceeded
Train, motivate and mentor sales team members
Coach, train, counsel, recruit and discipline employees
Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team
Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers
Performance Management
Qualification:
B.Sc, HND or its equivalent in any Social Science or Arts course.
Field training and Market working certifications
Two years minimum experience in a sales, marketing and distribution in Banks, Telecoms or reputable FMCG
