OOH Media Asset and Inventory Specialist.

• Responsibilities:

• Responsible for onboarding media partners following strict guidelines, standards, and processes as outlined in the media partner onboarding guidelines or manual.

• Responsible for overseeing the entire asset registry system, including asset tracking, maintenance, and optimization

• Manages the registration process for new assets, updates existing records, and maintains accurate data in the registry

• Analyzes asset data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the registry

• Assists media partners and vendors with enquiries related to asset registration, updates, and discrepancies in the registry

• Onboard and register media partners on the platform and conduct demo presentations to potential customers

• Coordinate asset deployment, tracking, and maintenance to ensure optimal utilization and performance.

• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and condition of assets in the inventory.

• Collaborate with vendors and partners on asset registration and upload.

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize inventory efficiency.

• Provide support to the sales and marketing teams by supplying relevant asset information.
