Job Description
- Develop and execute the company's e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.
2. Operations and Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business, including order fulfillment, customer service, and inventory management.
- Lead and manage a team of e-commerce professionals, including marketing, merchandising, and operations staff.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure business performance.
3. Revenue Growth and Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
4. Customer Experience and Service:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience.
5. Technology and Infrastructure:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of e-commerce platforms, including website, mobile app, and backend systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce systems with other business systems.
