Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and quality service.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including technicians and support teams.
Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining workshop equipment.
Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
Support business growth by implementing efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
A degree or diploma in business administration, automotive technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Strong leadership potential with excellent communication skills.
Passion for the automotive industry and willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of auto repair processes is a plus but not mandatory.
