Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the clinic’s patient base and market reach.
- Identify and build partnerships with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and corporate organizations.
- Drive brand awareness through targeted marketing initiatives, events, and community engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and patient needs to shape business strategies.
- Manage and optimize patient acquisition channels, including digital marketing and referral programs.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

What We’re Looking For
- B.Pharm, BSc .in related courses
- 5 years and above experience in business development, sales, or marketing; preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical or related
industries.
- Strong network within the medical community and experience in partnership development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
