Our client is a leading pharmaceutical wholesale company committed to ethical practices and innovative solutions in the healthcare supply chain. We work closely with retail pharmacies, hospitals, and health institutions to ensure consistent and reliable access to genuine medicines and healthcare products.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring consistent field visits to monitor and support client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying and acquiring new ones.
• Monitor daily sales performance and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Conduct regular client visits to build relationships, assess needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, and customer service) to ensure seamless delivery and service to clients.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
• Train and support junior sales reps as needed.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales in retail, or B2B distribution.
• Strong client management skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
• Willingness to go on client visits across Lagos and surrounding areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field is an advantage.
