Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Sales Partnership Manager. Who will will focus on generating revenue, building strong business relationships, and expanding the Client's customer and partner base. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and managing key partnerships with farmers, agribusinesses, and corporate clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sales & Revenue Growth – Drive B2B and B2C sales by identifying new opportunities and converting leads into long-term clients.
- Partnership Development – Secure and manage partnerships with farmers, agribusinesses, suppliers, corporate buyers, and government agencies.
- Market Research & Expansion – Analyze industry trends, explore new regions, and develop strategies to increase market penetration.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams – Align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product development to optimize user experience.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing – Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements that align with the business objectives.

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate?
3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in agri-tech, FMCG, or digital platforms.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong networking and negotiation skills with the ability to secure and manage strategic partnerships.
Analytical mindset with market research and data-driven decision-making experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders.
Passion for agriculture, digital transformation, and business growth.

Remuneration: 300,000- 350,000 (with commission)
