Project Development Analyst (Entry-Level)

Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic Project Development Analyst with a proven track record of delivering high quality services to join us our growing Development and Asset Management Business and partake in our planned growth.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage design and development projects from inception to completion, including project budgets and pro formats, design, zoning, marketing and leasing efforts.
- Create project schedules and manage all aspects of projects to achieve deadlines.
- Review design concepts and drawings for Projects and provide feedback.
- Make necessary site visits to review progress of construction and participate in resolving challenges.
- Work with head of principal investments to manage and oversee the capital deployment into transactions to ensure funds are deployed as per execution plan.
- Execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities as directed the firm.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture reputable University.
- A minimum of 2 years (including NYSC experience).
- Strong knowledge of Design Tools including AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketch-up.
- Intermediate knowledge of construction and consultancy contracts.
- Effective leader and team-player receptive to feedback and willing to learn new things and share knowledge and skills; embracing
continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational and negotiating skills.
