Job Description

Job Summary:
The content creator and social media manager will build Tuteria's online presence, increase engagement, and drive student enrolment through strategic content creation and social media marketing. This role involves content creation, audience engagement, analytics tracking, and brand storytelling to position Tuteria as a leader in the education industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation

i. Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
ii. Create engaging content, including videos, graphics, posts, and reels, highlighting Tuteria Services and student success stories.
iii. Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.

2. Audience Engagement & Community Management

i. Interact with followers, respond to enquiries, and build an active online community.
ii. Monitor and manage comments, messages, and discussions to ensure a positive brand presence.
iii. Implement polls, Q&A sessions, and interactive content to boost engagement.

3. Lead Generation & Brand Awareness

i. Develop paid and organic social media campaigns to drive student enrolments and corporate business inquiries.
ii. Collaborate with the sales team to turn social media leads into customers.
iii. Partner with influencers, alumni, and industry experts to increase brand credibility.

4. Analytics and Performance Tracking

i. Track and analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth).
ii. Provide monthly reports on social media performance, with insights and recommendations for improvement.
iii. Test different content types and strategies to optimize engagement and lead generation.

5. Trend Monitoring & Innovation

i. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
ii. Introduce new content formats, challenges, and viral marketing techniques to keep Tuteria relevant.
iii.Ensure that Tuteria's content aligns with the education industry and student interests.
