Conduct individual assessments: communicate with prospective students to assess their skills, interests, values, and goals.
Provide career guidance: Assist prospective students in exploring various career paths, identifying potential job opportunities, and understanding the requirements and qualifications of different occupations.
Develop action plans: Collaborate with clients to create customised action plans that outline short-term and long-term career objectives, including steps for acquiring necessary skills, education, or experience.
Deliver information resources: Equip prospective students with up-to-date information, including course brochures, programme schedules, and other resources relevant to their career goals.
Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously research and stay informed about emerging trends, labour market conditions, and changes in various industries to provide accurate and relevant career guidance.
Enrol prospective students: Use several closing techniques to enrol students for the firm's programmes

[Role requirements]
Degree (B.Sc. or HND) in Guidance and Counselling, Sociology, Social Sciences, Education or any related field.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Proficient with MS Office (word, excel, Powerpoint)
Reporting skills, deadline-oriented, and time management
Reasoning ability and logical thinking skills
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask and prioritise
