Job Description

Digital Transformation Change Management & Sustainability

The Job

The appointee will be required to:

• Drive and support the overall change program, to successfully define, deliver, and embed Digital Transformation Program, helping the organization achieve its strategic goals.
• Co-ordinate and drive Change Management and Culture activities and programs aimed at promoting and deepening Digital & Innovation culture, ways of working and mindset in the organization.

The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and rollout a detailed change management program/plan to support the delivery of digital transformation program within the organization
o Design and develop change management and deployment strategies that will guide the adoption of agile ways of working within the organization
o Define stakeholder mapping and analysis, impact assessment, project plan deliverables, communication deliverables, training deliverables, success, and performance metrics, etc.
o Implement change management programs aimed at motivating users to actively participate in company’s digital transformation journey.
o Develop and rollout MOC, user adoption and sustainability plan for deployment and launch of digital products and overall digital transformation program
• Celebrate successes of D&I programs to inspire all employees:
o Identify D&I successes to celebrate
o Define and implement approach to capture success and share it broadly
• Work with stakeholders to determine strategies to drive visibility, dissemination, and adoption of business transformation initiatives
• Organize digital and innovation events such as Digital & Innovation Week, Hackathons, Seminars, Master Classes etc. in conjunction with both internal and external teams.
• Support the Head of Digital Transformation, Business Engagement and Culture to develop and maintain partnerships with internal & external collaborators and to facilitate and fast track development of new and (or) ongoing innovative ideas.
• Work with designated change agents in the business to drive change management, culture, and ways of working as it relates to digital transformation.
• Run maturity assessment programs to gauge digital culture within the organization
• Act as thought leader for digital transformation change management strategy and partner with the various business teams to keep the entire organization appraised of the continuous transformation work in progress.
• Co-create management of change strategies, plan out the execution of those strategies to inform the organization, understand the impact of the change, and thoughtfully manage change in the ecosystem.
• Wear multiple hats and ability to handle multiple strategic and operational needs
• Comfortable with uncertainty and willingness to try new things.
• Support the vision for Digital Business Engagement, Transformation and Culture
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Accountabilities

• Responsible for implementing detailed change management programs of D&I department.
• Responsible for ensuring there is supporting communication plan for change management programs rollout
• Responsible for driving and coordinating change management vehicles within the organization
• Organizes the internal and external events of the D&I department.

Qualification (knowledge/skills/abilities/behaviors):
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience and a deep knowledge and understanding of business strategy and how the vision links to Digital Transformation & Innovation
• Excellent knowledge of the principles and practices of Innovation Management, Digital Transformation, Agile Methodology and Change Management.
• Experience in implementing change with a best practice methodology like ADKAR, McKinsey 7-S or Kotter’s is an added advantage
• Prior experience in implementing and navigating complex organizational change strategies (people, process, technology), comfort with measures and metrics
• Must possess strong relationship management skills.
• Must be creative, possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as diverse communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Should have excellent sense of organization, time management and methods.
• Leading teams, influencing colleagues, and generating broad consensus across a multi-culture environment
• Champion diversity of team, thought, and opinion
• Generates enthusiasm: Develop, coach and guide initiative owner & teams through change.
