Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Hybrid/Flexible)
Company: The Content Place
Location: Lekki Lagos (2 days on-site, 3 days remote or full-time office optional)
Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦300,000/month (based on experience)
Experience: 2–3 years

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain dynamic web applications for a diverse range of clients. You’ll work on varied projects, adapting to different tech stacks based on client requirements. Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work (or full-time office if preferred) in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (server, APIs, databases) systems tailored to client needs.

Work with different tech stacks depending on project requirements—no one-size-fits-all approach!

Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, project managers, clients) to deliver custom solutions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Stay adaptable—learn and implement new tools/frameworks as needed.

Tech Stack (Nice-to-Have, Not All Required)
Experience with any of the following is valuable:

Front-end: JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML/CSS, Tailwind.

Back-end: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP (Laravel), Ruby on Rails, Java, .NET.

Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).

DevOps/Cloud: AWS, Azure, Docker, CI/CD tools.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in full-stack development (freelance, agency, or in-house).

Ability to work with different technologies—we value versatility over rigid expertise.

Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving project needs.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
