Job Description

Responsibilities

•Coordinate both personal and professional calendars for two individuals with different goals and lifestyles.
•Ensure all deadlines, meetings, and appointments are met on time.
•Proactively track upcoming personal goals and work-related task
•Keep weekly and monthly checklists of goals for , ensuring completion and following up on any outstanding items.
•Manage emails, phone calls, and social media on behalf of each brother when needed.
•Research and book travel arrangements, appointments, and other logistical needs.
•Run errands, coordinate deliveries, and handle personal tasks as needed.
•Assist with project coordination and light project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

•Comfortable with productivity software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and able to learn new tools quickly.
•Minimum of 4-5years experience as an executive assistant.
•Familiar with various social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and capable of basic posting or account management.
•Able to interact professionally and confidently with a range of individuals. Strong verbal and written communication is essential.
•Keen attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization.
•Willing to go the extra mile, take initiative, and actively look for ways to optimize schedules
