Job Description

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing high-quality products, negotiating supplier contracts, managing inventory levels, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of hospitality procurement, including food & beverage (F&B), kitchen equipment, hotel supplies, and operational materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement efficient procurement policies and procedures.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Maintain and update a database of suppliers and key procurement records.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs for F&B, housekeeping, and operational supplies.
Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Coordinate with various departments (kitchen, front office, housekeeping) to meet their procurement needs.
Manage vendor relationships, resolve supply chain issues, and track performance.
Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of procurement experience in the hospitality industry (luxury hotels, restaurants, or serviced apartments preferred).
Strong knowledge of F&B sourcing, hotel supplies, and vendor management.
Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management tools.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
High level of integrity and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
