Job Description

Company Overview: Our client is a leading printing firm in continuous operation now for over 50 years. Specializing in high-quality printing services for educational and general interest materials while delivering innovative solutions and excellent customer service to its clients.

Job Objective: To oversee the company’s Human Resources, Administration/Corporate Affairs, and Security functions and ensure the provision of support services to enhance the operation of the business Units in the company.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
 Prepare and update the company’s Organisational Chart.
 Recommend, implement, and review, approved policies for the planning, coordination, and control of recruitment, selection, and placement processes
 Supervise the activities of Human Resources, Admin./Corporate Affairs, and Security Managers.
 Put in place and maintain sound industrial relations company regulations, staff discipline, and grievance procedures.
 Oversee assessment of training needs, skill requirements, and the preparation of manpower and training plan.
 Oversee the development and implementation of manpower planning systems and procedures for the company.
 Oversee the administration of the company’s pension schemes.
 Supervise the maintenance of up-to-date personnel records that meet the requirements of the company.
 Oversee the operation of the company’s clinic, provision of adequate and constant supply of drugs and healthcare, staff canteen, insurance, and general administration services.
 Oversee the operation and supervision of the company’s security system.

Job Requirements
 B.Sc./HND in Social Science, Arts, Law, or any relevant discipline (minimum of 2:2); Must be a registered member of CIPM.
 8-10 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years in HRM. Understanding of the Manufacturing Industry will be added advantage.
 He/she must have excellent Human Resources Management skills and adequate knowledge of HR policies and procedures
 Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, strategic planning, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
 He/she must have Leadership/Managerial Skills, Training, and Arbitration skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites Office
 Not more than 36 years.
