Job Description (Summary)
As the Sales and Partnership Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound sales so the individual should have experience in dealing with business decision-makers and technical leaders across all sectors and industries. The key to success in the position is the ability to develop a strategic sales plan and execute a tactical approach to achieving sales goals by combining product knowledge and marketing resources. The individual is responsible for aggressive prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification, facilitating discovery and exploratory meetings, exploring the prospect's needs and requirements, and revenue growth in line with the company’s goal.
Develop sales strategies to draw in new business opportunities across all the company’s offerings.
Prospect through outbound means to build a robust and profitable sales pipeline.
Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
Collaborate with the product team on technical and product meetings required to complete the sales cycles.
Build relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
Take ownership of your work and be proactive.
Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
Illustrate the value of products and services to create revenue growth opportunities.
Maintain a database of clients, prospects, and partners and promptly report the status of accounts in your CRM.
Required Qualifications & Experience
A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or IT-related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building a solid sales pipeline and frequently selling high-ticket deals.
Experience with successfully selling software engineering services across various tech-enabled industries.
Well-versed with Lead generation, CRMs and Data enrichment tools.
Strong interpersonal skills as you would be required to work productively with other departments to achieve company goals and Coordinate internal/external resources to expedite workflow
Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
Ability to have brilliant sales pitches.
Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
Oversee and achieve organisational goals while upholding best practices.
