Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively market and sell our cement products to retailers, contractors, and construction companies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Provide product information and recommend suitable cement solutions based on customer needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of the cement and construction industry is an added advantage.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Must have a valid means of identification and be willing to travel when necessary.
