Job Description

About Us
We are a growing food manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality on-the-go snack.
We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to oversee maintenance, improve equipment
efficiency, and support production goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance team.
Ensure all machinery and equipment run efficiently with minimal downtime.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
Plan and oversee equipment installations, upgrades, and CAPEX projects.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize processes.
Train and mentor technical staff to enhance skills and performance.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
5+ years of engineering/maintenance experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of food processing equipment, automation, and utilities.
Experience with preventive maintenance systems and spare parts management.
Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
