Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Partner with sales executive to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals
• Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to meet potential clients' needs
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
• Building relationships with customers and potential customers to understand their requirements.
• Production of quotations for customers in a clear, detailed, and accurate manner.
• Attending exhibitions, conferences, and other events as organized by the business
• Prospecting and visiting potential new OEM customers.
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues, as well as possible solutions, to top management.
• Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Support the team by providing sales research and product knowledge expertise.
• Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data
• Regularly provide updates on the market competition analysis and trends.
Qualifications and Experience
• BSc in either Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related course
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience in engineering product sales
• Good leadership and teamwork skills.
• The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
PLEASE NOTE: Sales experience is required. Applicants without a proven background in sales will not be shortlisted.
Remuneration: 250,000 - 300,000 Naira monthly.
