Job Description:
As the B2B Marketing Manager – Enterprise Solutions, you will develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and position Lampnet as a thought leader in the enterprise space. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive demand, improve conversion, and accelerate revenue growth. This is a 100% remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement data-driven B2B marketing strategies for enterprise solutions, targeting C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
2. Lead demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
3. Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and content (whitepapers, case studies, blogs, sales collateral) tailored to enterprise pain points.
4. Partner with sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals, ensuring seamless lead handoff and conversion.
5. Optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media) and track performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
6. Manage industry events, partnerships, and thought leadership programs (speaking engagements, PR, analyst relations).
7. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine targeting and messaging.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software/SaaS/IT solutions.
2. Proven success in lead generation, ABM, and sales-aligned marketing for high-value deals.
3. Strong expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo), and CRM (Salesforce).
4. Exceptional content marketing and storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences.
5. Analytical mindset with experience in metrics-driven marketing (ROI, CAC, LTV).
6. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage agency/vendor relationships.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
