Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:

Assist with job postings and manage job boards.

Help review resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.

Support the interview process by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

Employee Onboarding:

Assist in preparing and organizing onboarding materials for new hires.

Support the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are welcomed and have a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Records Management:

Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist with HR filing systems, including both digital and physical documentation.

HR Administration:

Support with scheduling meetings, employee training sessions, and HR-related events.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and HR-related documents.

Help with the administration of employee benefits and other HR programs.

Employee Engagement and Communication:

Assist with organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.

Help communicate HR policies, procedures, and company updates to employees.

General HR Assistance:

Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Help HR team members with day-to-day operations and tasks as they arise.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in Human Resources and career development in HR.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
