Job Description

. HR Generalist Functions:
Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, concerns, and guidance. Address and resolve employee issues, fostering a positive work environment.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.

Training & Development: Identify training needs and assist in the development and execution of training programs to enhance employee performance and skills.

Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll-related inquiries. Provide support for compensation analysis and ensure alignment with industry standards.

HR Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate employee records.

Business Partnering:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals, challenges, and workforce needs. Provide HR guidance to help meet business objectives.

Talent Management: Assist in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies. Ensure the organization has the right talent to meet current and future business needs.

Change Management: Support organizational changes, including restructuring or process changes, by providing HR expertise and ensuring smooth transitions.

Performance Management: Work with managers to drive a culture of performance through regular feedback, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.

Employee Engagement: Assist in designing and implementing initiatives to increase employee engagement, retention, and job satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist functions and business partnership.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and employees at all levels.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary:
₦500,000.00 Monthly
