Store Supervisor

Oversees receipt and verification of incoming shipments.
Ensure materials are unloaded, stored, and verified according to policy.
Ensures that an accurate inventory record of goods is maintained in accordance with established procedures.
Ensure tidiness of Goods on the shelf.
Sorting of Goods from warehouse and ensure delivery as may be directed by the HOD.
Ensures orderly storage of incoming shipment of goods.
Maintains detailed records of available products and their storage locations.
Conducts regular inventory checks, random checks on at least a weekly basis, and thorough checks on at least a monthly basis.
Communicates results of inventory reviews to manager.
Collaborates with manager to schedule future shipments from central store.
Actively participate in the weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual stock taking.
Maintain inventory database when orders are fulfilled.
Daily submission of work plan to your HOD
Daily submission of performance report to your HOD.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
