Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions or services.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events when required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [specific industry – e.g., IT, SaaS, FMCG, Real Estate, etc.].
Familiarity with B2B or B2C sales strategies.
Knowledge of lead generation techniques and digital marketing is a plus.
