Job Description

TITLE: Snr. Sales Executive (Generator, HVAC, Elevator & Solar)
Location: Kano, Abuja, Porthacourt, Lagos and Abuja.

About the job
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant specializing in Generators, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Elevators, and Solar Energy Solutions in these locations in Nigeria namely - Kano, Abuja, Porthacourt, Lagos and Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting sustainable energy solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the generator, HVAC, elevator, and solar sectors.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and developers.
• Provide technical advice and recommend tailored solutions based on client needs.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research & Strategy:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products.
Coordination & Support:
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for product specifications and pricing.
• Handle after-sales support and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in generators, HVAC, elevators, or solar energy systems.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B or B2C environments.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong technical knowledge of power solutions, HVAC systems, elevators, and solar products.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Additional Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of local/regional market trends in energy and construction sectors.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in renewable energy or HVAC systems (e.g., NABCEP, ASHRAE).
• Experience working with government tenders or large-scale projects.
Salary:
₦200,000.00 Monthly
