Job Description

Our client, a leading player in the real estate industry, seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Abuja sales team. This role requires a dynamic professional with proven leadership experience, technical understanding of real estate markets, and a strong track record of sales success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the in-house sales team to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with market trends and company goals.
- Conduct regular training and mentorship programs for the sales team on property sales techniques, client engagement, and closing strategies.
- Drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Generate and manage high-quality leads, conduct property presentations, site inspections, and successfully negotiate deals to closure.
- Provide actionable market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform management decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless promotion and execution of property sales campaigns.
- Monitor team KPIs, analyze sales data, and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards throughout the client journey from prospecting to post-sales support.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Abuja or similar competitive markets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Abuja real estate market and client dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field
