The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our market presence across our various service lines. This is a challenging yet rewarding remote role for a self-starter with a proven track record of success in business development within the real estate sector. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and building strong, lasting relationships from a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all of Anonymous's service lines (investments, property management, rentals, shortlet apartments, interior design, and brokerage) remotely.
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve ambitious growth targets from a remote work environment.
* Conduct thorough market research remotely to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
* Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, including investors, property owners, developers, and potential clients, leveraging remote communication tools.
* Generate leads through proactive remote outreach, virtual networking, online presentations, and other effective digital strategies.
* Develop and deliver compelling virtual presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing Anonymous's unique value proposition remotely.
* Negotiate and close deals remotely, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, property management, design, etc.) through digital communication channels to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and provide regular reports on progress and achievements through digital platforms.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities through online research and virtual industry events.
* Represent Anonymous professionally at virtual industry events and online networking opportunities.
* Contribute to the development of digital marketing materials and strategies to support remote business development efforts.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven track record of successful business development, preferably within the real estate sector in Nigeria, in a remote capacity.
* Strong understanding of the Nigerian real estate market and its various segments (investments, rentals, property management, etc.).
* Excellent virtual communication, online presentation, and remote negotiation skills.
* Exceptional online networking and virtual relationship-building abilities.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly resilient with the ability to work effectively independently in a remote setting.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in remote work tools.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication platforms.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
This is a strictly performance-based remote role with the potential to earn up to ₦600,000 monthly. Compensation is directly tied to the achievement of agreed-upon targets and successful deal closures. No results will result in no payment.
