Job Description
Sales Attendant (In-Shop)

A goods shop located in Tejuosho - Lagos State requires a Sales Attendant living within that vicinity to perform various sales activities which includes attending to customers, collecting payments for goods, and taking records of what is sold in the shop and inputting to a computer. Please do not apply if you do not reside within the vicinity of Tejuosho.

Duties:

- Resume early in the morning to ensure shop is set up and open for business
- Maintain outstanding shop condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Provide high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services.
- Restocking store.
- Attend to all customers coming in to the shop and assist them with their needs
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipment and displaying them.
- Ensure security and safety of all goods and properties within the shop.
- Record daily sales transactions and imputing them onto a computer.
- Close shop in the evenings after the day’s work.
- Be watchful and vigilant of all activities, transactions and occurrences in the shop.
- Must be willing to perform other tasks assigned by shop owner when necessary.
- Reporting to Supervisor

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Ability to attend to customers in a friendly and cordial manner.
