Work Days: Monday-Saturday

Job Summary

As a Creative Assistant, you will support the creative team in executing design concepts, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining the overall brand aesthetic for our women’s wear collection. The ideal candidate must be passionate about fashion, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to client and assist with clients consultation.
- Assist with sketching design and be able to take body measurements.
- Assist design team with seasonal collections and trend research.
- Support fabric sourcing, mood board creation, and design concept development.
- Prepare design presentations and maintain design files.
- Liaise with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
- Provide administrative support to the creative team.
- Assist with social media content creation.

Requirements:

- BSC or HND in any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a creative or design assistant role.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends and design aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for women’s fashion.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently of industry.
Salary:
₦200,000.00 Monthly
