Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to lead our fragrance store team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, visual merchandising, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee store operations and ensure efficient day-to-day management
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a perfume or cosmetics store
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
