Job Description
Transweeft is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our growing team. As a startup, we believe strong people operations are the backbone of our success. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain real-world HR experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Help maintain and organize HR documentation and employee records
Coordinate recruitment logistics (job postings, screening, scheduling)
Contribute to internal engagement events (e.g., team games, FunFridays)
Support drafting of offer letters, templates, and HR policies
Collaborate with the CEO and team leads on people initiatives
Nice to Have
Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR/admin roles
Familiarity with ATS or onboarding tools
Creative ideas for improving employee experience
