Job Description

Job Type: Intern

Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job Description
Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage the HR database.
Assist in the coordination and facilitation of training sessions for employees and new hires.
Support recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes.
Aid in the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Provide administrative support to day-to-day HR operations and activities.
Help organize and coordinate company events and employee engagement activities.

Requirements / Qualifications / Skills
Currently serving in the NYSC program or an undergraduate/OND student.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to work.
A fast learner with a willingness to take initiative and adapt quickly.
A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
