Store Officer/Assistant

The candidate we are looking for should be able to assist with daily store operations, including managing stock, assisting customers, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store and deliver excellent customer service.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent service by assisting customers with product inquiries, sales, and store navigation.
Assist with stock organization, replenishing shelves, and keeping inventory records up to date.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist in achieving sales targets through effective product recommendations and upselling.
Adhere to store policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Minimum of ND or equivalent in a related field.
Two (2) to three (3) years working experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Basic knowledge of retail management systems.
Experience in stock management or product merchandising.
