Job Description

Location: Ile-epo, Oke-odo

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday (core days), Saturday (rotational)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our cargo and logistics company. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless communication, efficient data management, and effective office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to DMs and walk-in clients
- Manage administrative tasks.
- Create video content (occasionally)
- Provide customer service and support
- Maintain office organization and supplies
- Assist with logistics operations.
- Collaborate with team members on projects

Requirements:
- OND/HND in any related field.
- Resident in Ile-epo, Oke-odo, or environs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Salary:
₦80,000.00 Monthly
