We're working with a fast-paced business advisory firm seeking an HR/Admin Officer to drive talent management and operational excellence across our B2B consulting practice. Key Responsibilities
People & Talent Management
Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for consulting and advisory roles
Manage performance frameworks, employee development, and retention strategies
Foster a high-performance culture that balances client demands with employee well-being
Operations & Administration
Streamline administrative processes to support rapid business growth and client delivery
Manage office operations, compliance, vendor relationships, and facility coordination
Coordinate travel, client meetings, and events for internal and external stakeholders
Strategic Partnership
Partner with practice leaders on workforce planning and talent requirements
Provide HR analytics and insights for strategic decision-making
Support business development through talent positioning and capability presentations

Requirements
2+ years of HR and administration experience, preferably in professional services or fast-paced B2B environments
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD certification advantageous)
Expertise in HRIS systems, recruitment platforms, and digital HR tools
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and talent management best practices
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
