Job Description

We are hiring a Production Manager to lead daily operations at our generator manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage production schedules, ensure product quality, drive efficiency, and oversee a team of supervisors and technicians.

Responsibilities:
*Plan and manage generator production activities.
*Ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
*Lead and motivate the production team.
*Monitor and improve production processes and costs.

Requirements:

*Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
