Job Description
Location: Apapa GRA, Lagos, Nigeria
Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate
Are you a young lawyer ready to make real impact in the real estate space?
We’re reviving our law chambers in Lagos—and looking for two sharp, energetic, and focused legal minds to join us as in-house associates. If you're passionate about property law and want to grow fast while handling real cases that matter, this is your shot.
What you’ll be doing:
Jump straight into real-life cases—clearing up old disputes from a real estate company we’ve taken over (mostly evictions, squatters, rent defaulters, etc.)
Draft tenancy agreements, leases, and legal notices
Help clients sort out issues with land, ownership, rent, and evictions
Support Nigerians in the diaspora who want to invest or return home but are facing property challenges
Be part of a small, agile team making things happen
Get mentored remotely by an experienced legal expert who’s got your back as you grow
What we’re looking for:
You’ve got your LL.B. and BL (you’ve been called to the Nigerian Bar)
You have 1–3 years experience, especially in tenancy, land, property or civil law (or a strong interest in it!)
You’re detail-oriented, know your way around legal writing, and can hold your own in court if needed
You want to grow fast, work hard, and actually see the impact of your work
Bonus if you already understand Lagos tenancy laws and court processes
What you’ll get:
Hands-on experience from day one
A chance to grow with us and even take the lead as the law chambers expand
Remote training + guidance from a senior legal professional
Real exposure to property law—both local and diaspora-related
A salary that grows with your results and dedication
- Salary:
- ₦200,000.00 Monthly
