Job Description
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦600,000/month + Performance-based Sales Incentives
Role Summary: We are seeking experienced and commercially savvy Product Managers to oversee the growth and performance of our baking products. The successful candidates will take ownership of specific product categories—Bread Improver, Fine Bakery, and Quick Bake—driving sales, managing product performance, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to increase market share.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
● Minimum of 4 years’ experience in product management, sales, or trade marketing—preferably in the baking sector.
● Strong commercial acumen and proven record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
● In-depth understanding of bakery products and market dynamics is an added advantage.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
