Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail fashion team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. You will assist customers in finding the perfect outfits, maintain store presentation, and contribute to sales targets while upholding brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized styling advice.
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable fashion products.
- Drive sales by promoting new arrivals, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Process transactions accurately (cash, credit, mobile payments) and handle returns/exchanges.
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Replenish stock, organize displays, and assist with inventory counts.
- Assist in creating social media content
- Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with store manager to achieve daily sales goals.
- Share customer feedback and sales insights with management.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous retail or fashion sales experience (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Passion for fashion and styling.
- Salary:
- ₦130,000.00 Monthly
