Job Description

We are seeking experienced and commercially savvy Product Managers to oversee the growth and performance of our baking products. The successful candidates will take ownership of specific product categories—Bread Improver, Fine Bakery, and Quick Bake—driving sales, managing product performance, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to increase market share.

Responsibilities:

● Take full ownership of assigned product lines under the baking category.

● Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow product penetration and achieve revenue targets.

● Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets.

● Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to drive informed decisions.

● Manage product lifecycle including pricing, positioning, promotions, and performance analysis.

● Provide product training and support to the sales team and distribution partners.

● Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.

● Identify opportunities for product innovation or improvement based on market needs.

● Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and supply chain functions to meet demand and maximize revenue.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.

● Minimum of 4 years’ experience in product management, sales, or trade marketing—preferably in the baking sector.

● Strong commercial acumen and proven record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.

● In-depth understanding of bakery products and market dynamics is an added advantage.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

● Proficiency in sales forecasting tools.
