Job Description
Quantum Wallet Ltd is looking for an organized, driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key product and operational initiatives. You will coordinate across teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and budgets
Create detailed project roadmaps, schedules, and milestones
Coordinate between hardware, software, marketing, and operations teams
Manage resources, track progress, and mitigate risks
Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with leadership
Maintain documentation and compliance with project standards
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication and transparency
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of project management experience (tech or fintech preferred)
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
