Job Description

A reputable construction and engineering company is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Port Harcourt.

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules.

Perform risk analysis evaluations and monitor ongoing projects for budget compliance.

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

Negotiate contracts and work schedules with contractors and subcontractors.

Measure and value the work done on-site.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant post-graduation experience.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management.

Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Corporate membership of a recognized professional body (e.g., NIQS, RICS) will be an added advantage.
