Job Description
• Consultation: Guide both candidates and existing clients through intricate and extensive recruitment procedures.
• Long-Term Relationship Building: Develop enduring relationships to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.
• Client Communication: Maintain open and positive communication with clients to uphold strong relationships.
• Client Understanding: Gain a deep comprehension of client companies, their industries, operations, work culture, and environments.
