Event Decor Assistant & Sales Outlet Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Event Decor Assistant and sales Outlet Coordinator to oversee decor setup, supervise sales team members, and ensure the smooth execution of 4-6 events per month. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for decor, basic flower arrangement knowledge, and the ability to supervise setup activities during events.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of event decor setup to ensure alignment with event themes and standards.
Oversee and support the sales team at our sales outlet, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Supervise the sales girls, providing guidance and ensuring smooth workflow during operating hours.
Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand decor requirements and preferences.
Assist with basic flower arrangements and decor elements as needed.
Monitor and supervise decor setup activities during event preparation and execution.
Maintain inventory of decor supplies and flowers, ensuring timely replenishments.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all decor activities.
Post video content on our social media accounts.
Provide feedback for the continuous improvement of decor and sales operations.

Qualifications:

Experience in event decor, with a basic understanding of flower arrangements.
Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Have social media skills to post content
Flexibility to work during weekends and evenings according to event schedules.
