Job Description

Vitan Homes and Spaces is a dynamic and growing real estate brokerage firm specializing in short-let apartment brokerage, property sales, home and office cleaning services, interior design, and property management. We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented **Commission-Based Sales and Marketing Specialists** to join our team remotely on a **full-time basis**.

**About the Role:**

As a Remote Commission-Based Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving business growth across our diverse service offerings. This is a fantastic opportunity for astute sales professionals and business developers to leverage their skills and network to generate leads, close deals, and contribute directly to the success of Vitan Homes and Spaces.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in short-let apartment brokerage, property sales, cleaning services, interior design, and property management.
* Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to reach target clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Conduct presentations and property viewings (virtually or in person as needed).
* Negotiate and close sales deals across our service lines.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
* Collaborate with the wider Vitan Homes and Spaces team to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets.

**Compensation and Opportunity:**

This is a **full-time remote position** with compensation based purely on **commission for the initial three (3) months**. This structure allows driven individuals to directly correlate their efforts with their earnings.
