Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and drive people-focused strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee performance management processes including appraisals and development plans.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws and HR policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Organize training programs and professional development initiatives.
• Support organizational change and structure planning.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in HR management, employee relations, and performance management.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
• HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) are an added advantage.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Salary:
₦150,000.00 Monthly
