Job Description
The HR Director will lead the human resources strategy and operations across a multifaceted hospitality group, including hotels, restaurants, event spaces, and other associated businesses. The role involves aligning HR practices with business goals to drive employee satisfaction, operational efficiency, and organizational growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you would be doing
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the group’s overall mission and objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on people-related matters, including talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture across diverse business units.
Talent Acquisition and Development
Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for all verticals.
Implement effective onboarding programs tailored to roles across the group.
Design and execute professional development programs, including leadership training, upskilling, and succession planning.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Promote a culture of engagement through initiatives such as "Motivation Mondays" and other team-building activities.
Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
Implement employee feedback mechanisms and lead action planning based on survey results.
Operational Excellence
Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies across all business units.
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Monitor and improve HR metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement scores, and time-to-hire.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Develop and implement DEI strategies tailored to the group’s diverse workforce.
Partner with business leaders to ensure an inclusive experience for employees and customers alike.
Performance Management
Lead the design and implementation of performance management systems, including goal-setting, evaluations, and rewards.
Advise managers on best practices for coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 8-10 years in HR leadership roles, preferably within hospitality or a multifaceted industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution across diverse business units.
