Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee all financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage financial risk, internal controls, and reporting systems.
• Lead external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Drive cost control measures and operational efficiency.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to executive leadership.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital requirements.
• Support strategic decisions through financial insights and risk assessments.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
Requirements:
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum of 7 years in senior finance roles, preferably in construction or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
